Welcome to GreenLawn. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GreenLawn’s website, products, and services. By accessing this website or purchasing our products and services, you accept these terms in full.

1. General Provisions

By engaging with GreenLawn, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. GreenLawn offers a range of gardening products (including but not limited to seeds, pots, plants, and tools) and professional gardening services (weekly, monthly, or custom plans).

2. Product Sales and Policies

This section applies to all physical goods purchased from GreenLawn, including seeds, plants, pots, and gardening tools.

• Live Plants: Because plants are living organisms, variations in size, color, and shape are natural. The plant you receive may differ slightly from the website photographs.

• Returns and Refunds:

  • Live Goods (Plants and Seeds): Due to the perishable nature of these items, we do not accept returns. If a plant arrives dead or severely damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

  • Non-Living Goods (Pots and Tools): Unused tools and pots in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. Gardening Services

GreenLawn provides recurring (weekly, monthly) and custom one-time gardening and maintenance services.

• Service Scheduling: Service days and times will be agreed upon during the booking process. We reserve the right to alter the schedule due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

• Property Access: The client must ensure that our team has safe and unobstructed access to the work area on the scheduled service day. If our team cannot access the property, you may still be charged for the visit.

• Pets and Children: For safety reasons, please ensure that pets and young children are kept indoors or away from the work area while our team is operating machinery or applying treatments.

• Custom Plans: Custom landscaping or gardening projects require a formal quote. Work will only commence once the quote is approved and any required deposit is paid.

4. Billing, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Product Purchases: Full payment is required at the time of checkout for all retail products.

• Service Subscriptions: Weekly and monthly gardening services are billed on a recurring [weekly/monthly] cycle. By signing up for a recurring service, you authorize GreenLawn to charge your selected payment method automatically.

• Invoicing for Custom Work: Custom projects may require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due within 7 days of project completion. Late payments may incur an additional fee.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

• Service Cancellations: You may cancel or pause your weekly or monthly service subscription at any time. However, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to your next scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service fee.

• Order Modifications: Once an order for physical products has been processed for shipping, it cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Limitation of Liability

While GreenLawn strives to provide the highest quality products and professional care, we cannot guarantee the survival of plants post-installation or delivery due to factors beyond our control (e.g., improper watering by the client, extreme weather, pests, or pre-existing soil diseases).

GreenLawn shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, tools, or services. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your interaction with our business shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

7. User Obligations

By using our website and services, you agree not to use them for any unlawful purpose. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

8. Amendments to Terms

GreenLawn reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website or services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
